Shipping policy
Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed.
To ensure swift shipping, please be sure to include apartment and/or suite number, if applicable.
Shipping and billing addresses must match. All orders with different shipping and billing addresses will be cancelled.
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is, then, responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them at 1-800-275-8777.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
